- Privacy - Any and all information about you or your registration is NOT shared with any third party. It will only be used for registration, re-registration, scheduling, re-scheduling or communications of upcoming classes or discounts for classes that may be of your interest. If at any point you request not to be contacted again, please email coordinator@spanishlc.com with a specific request and we will immediately remove your information from our database.
- Refunds - All payments for classes are final and are not subject to refunds. Once you have registered for a class either by paying the full or partial tuition, purchasing a coupon or purchasing a bulk discounted package for several classes, group, private, corporate or others, you are agreeing to not seek a refund. However, in the event that you cannot attend the class you registered for, your tuition is transferable to a third party and/or we are flexible to rescheduling within reasonable time frames.
- Returns - Hard copies of class text books are available for purchase. Purchases are final and returns are not accepted. Replacements are available provided you can proof that your copy has a defect (missing pages or not clear printing). Any replacement request must be placed not later than a week after receiving your book. No returns or refunds for e-book.
- Attendance - Regarding class cancellations or rescheduling, students enrolled in group/corporate classes are expected to attend classes as scheduled. If you have to miss a class, we can arrange for a make up class but there is a cost for the instructor's time. Classes that fall on national holidays are commonly rescheduled. As a courtesy to your classmates and instructor, please call (773) 665-9887 to notify if you are going to be absent or late. Private and semi-private classes allow for limited re-scheduling (never more than 25% of your classes) provided you give at least a 24-hour notice. Any additional rescheduling requests will be subject to a rescheduling fee.
